All our garments are generally made in SIZES S, M, L, likewise everything depends on the type of garment and its availability. Remember that all our garments are made to order.

At Nahual we only use raw materials of natural origin. Most of our fabrics are linen and some are cotton, we also use coconut and wood buttons.

All our garments are made by artisans from the region, in our workshop located in Eastern Antioquia, Colombia. We take care of the entire production process, from design to the finished product, to guarantee the highest standards of quality and sustainability.

We recommend using mild liquid soaps, with a neutral pH, and how do you know which one? Sometimes these have no color or smell, you can check the packaging, they generally say NEUTRAL SOAP.

If you definitely don’t know which one, you can use original Dove, Coco or white woolite, always remember to dissolve them well first in water and then wash your garment with that soapy water.

Finally, DO NOT soak and NEVER use detergents or bleaches, stain removers or brushes on your clothes, you will damage or alter their original colors, be gentle with their care and they will stay with you for longer.

It is totally normal that when you wash and rinse your clothes a hint of color comes out, compare it with a jean that as it is washed you see a little dye in the water.

You can help preserve the colors of your clothes without washing them too often, using neutral soap, laying them out in the shade and ironing them inside out.

Everything has a natural cycle and our garments are no exception, as time passes and with use, the color changes, let’s enjoy all its tones!

Shipping

Our garments are sent nationally (Colombia) and Internationally, to main cities and urban areas through carriers such as Servientrega, coordinator, DHL. Shipping costs will be generated automatically during the purchase process. We can also send your favorite garment to an address of one of your friends, no problem! Don’t be left without your Nahual.

All our made-to-order garments are sent between 8-10 business days after purchase, this is the time we dedicate to the creation process (patterning, cutting, sewing, finishing, polishing and quality control) of your handmade garment. .

Shipping within Colombia may take 8 business days, and between 10 – 15 business days for international orders, depending on your country.

Within Colombia the shipping value is COP $10,000, free shipping applies for purchases over COP $350,000; Shipping in Latin America $20 USD and Europe $25 USD.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number, allowing you to easily track the progress of your order. Please allow 48 hours from the time the shipment is made, until tracking information is available.

Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost, this is not the responsibility of Nahual. These charges will be your responsibility and will be collected by the shipping company; will not be refunded in the form of exchange or refund to the customer.

Orders

A product available under reserve is a garment that is not yet in stock. At the moment all our products are made only to order, to guarantee their use, eliminate overproduction and waste.

It is one of our services, in which we create your favorite garments with the fabrics of your choice, they can be printed or with a single background, according to our availability, to create unique, exclusive and conscious pieces.

Garments made to order or available under reservation are charged immediately upon completion of the purchase; the total value of the garment must be paid to begin the creation process.

We accept product cancellations upon request, within two hours of placing the order. Once production has started, no changes or cancellations will be accepted.

Payments

We currently only accept cash payments, you can pay your order online by credit card, debit card, PSE, cash and Paypal. Cash on delivery or installment payments are not accepted.

We do not have offline store locations. Currently you can find our garments only in our online store Nahualeco.com

Returns & Exchanges

We are sure that you will not have problems, as we carry out a detailed quality control for each order.

However, if there is no satisfaction with a product (in stock), we will assist you with an easy and quick exchange or return.

GARMENTS ON REQUEST:

Garments made to order cannot be changed, since they are made exclusively for each client. If adjustments are needed, we will be willing to make them, reaching an additional agreement on the initial cost of the garment.

All garments are made using a standard measurement table, WE DO NOT CREATE GARMENTS ON MEASUREMENTS, so it is important that you review it before purchasing. The adjustments that you consider necessary are under your responsibility and will not be assumed by the Nahual brand.

Exchanges or returns of garments are only accepted:

With verifiable factory defects (fraying, unstitching, burst threads) it is worth clarifying that each garment has a rigorous quality control, we will know when there is purposeful damage at the hands of third parties.
When due to some error the product or size does not correspond to the one purchased.
Products you have purchased as an offer or discount cannot be exchanged.
If you want to make a change to your garment before making it, you can contact the WhatsApp line (+57 313 615 60 46) to coordinate the process.

Garment changes are only applied until 15 business days after receipt of the product, notifying the Nahual brand. After this time, no liability will be paid for the garment.
You must send the proof of purchase that we sent to your email and a photograph of the product for the analysis of the case to the email info@ nahualeco.com and to Whatsapp +57 3136156046; You must provide an email and cell phone number for the respective notifications.
You must then return the item to us by mailing it in a securely wrapped package to the address we provide.
Once the Nahual brand receives the product, the review process will begin and the viability of the change will be evaluated, which will be notified to the consumer and will not exceed 30 business days following receipt of the garment.
These items must be in perfect condition, complete, with labels and tags still on and in their original packaging, which is why we recommend not removing tags until you are satisfied with the garment. Stained, dirty or damaged second-hand clothing is not exchanged.
If the product does not meet the exchange conditions, we will inform you of the reason why we did not make the change and the product will be sent again to the initial delivery address with cash on delivery.
You must assume the costs of exchange or returns.
Once the change is approved, you can change the garment for another that you prefer. We only allow one exchange per garment and exchanges can only be made for products with equal or greater value than the one initially purchased. The change will be subject to inventory availability.
